All of our international shipping services are available through FedEx International Economy, this service ensures reliable and efficient delivery of your orders at affordable rates. If you require expedited delivery, we recommend contacting us to inquire about FedEx International Express shipping options.

We provide international shipping services to numerous countries; nevertheless, there are certain countries to which we cannot ship due to logistical and regulatory constraints, you can find the countries listed below. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we endeavor to adhere to international shipping regulations. Customs Documentation

Additional documentation may be required for international shipments, such as commercial invoices and customs declarations. We strive to provide this documentation promptly to facilitate customs clearance; however, it is the customer's ultimate responsibility to ensure compliance with customs requirements.

 

Import Fees and Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may apply to their orders. These fees vary by destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We recommend contacting local customs authorities for information on applicable import duties and fees before making a purchase.

 

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address and a working phone number when placing an international order. We are not liable for shipments lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

 

Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance options for some international destinations. If you wish to insure your shipment against loss or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team for more information on available insurance options and associated costs.

 

Maximum Weight and Shipping Cost Variation

In order to provide you the lowest rate, shipments are quoted up to a maximum weight of 0.5 kg in natural and volumetric weight. If a package exceeds this maximum weight, the shipping cost may vary depending on the number of products in the order and whether the shipment is destined for a remote area. Additional costs will be determined by the shipping provider and communicated to the customer once the order has been processed. It is the customer's responsibility to accept and pay any additional shipping costs once they have been informed.

 

Processing

All orders, including in-stock items, require up to 2 business days for processing. For custom orders, processing time may extend up to 15-20 business days, depending on workload and current order queue.

 

Shipping Timeline

Shipping typically takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to arrive after the Air Waybill (AWB) is generated. Once your shipment is ready, you will be provided with a FedEx tracking number.

 

Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method during the checkout process. We strive to ship orders within the specified timelines; however, delivery times may be subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors.

 

Wholesale

In order to ensure a smooth and accurate purchasing experience for wholesale or bulk shipments, we require customers to contact us before making the purchase. This will allow us to provide an accurate shipping quote based on the volumetric weight of the package.

 

All the information provided above is independent of R3 Boutique and is entirely subject to our carrier, FedEx, including their specifications, delivery times, and prices. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, please note that any details regarding shipping methods, transit times, and associated costs are based on FedEx's policies and procedures. We work closely with FedEx to ensure smooth and efficient shipping processes for our customers, but we advise contacting FedEx directly for any specific inquiries or concerns regarding their services. Our role is to facilitate the shipping process and provide support as needed, but ultimate responsibility and authority lie with FedEx as our chosen carrier.

Opciones de Envío

Ofrecemos dos opciones de envío para envíos nacionales.

 

DHL Día Siguiente

El costo de nuestras guías a la mayor parte del territorio nacional es de $180 MXN, ofrecemos el servicio de envío por DHL Día Siguiente. Este servicio generalmente se entrega en un plazo de 1 a 3 días hábiles. Es importante tener en cuenta que en caso de encontrarse en una zona remota, el costo del envío puede variar, en este caso se le notificará del cambio de precio y se tendrá que realizar el pago correspondiente para poder continuar con el envío. Esto es ajeno a nosotros y depende totalmente de DHL.

 

Se recomienda verificar la cobertura con DHL para confirmar que su dirección esté dentro de la zona de entrega.

 

Otras Opciones de Envío

Si requiere el uso de otra paquetería, un servicio express, o algún otro método de envío como Uber, por favor contáctenos para obtener una cotización personalizada al momento.

 

Entregas Personales (exclusivo para Ciudad de México)

Por el momento no ofrecemos entregas personales en la Ciudad de México. Sin embargo, contamos con un convenio de recolección en "La Soberbia Vape Store" para que usted pueda retirar sus compras sin costo adicional. Para lo cual el procedimiento es el siguiente:

 

  1. Al momento de pagar su orden elegir la opción de “Pickup: La Soberbia Vape Store” en el área de nuestro checkout y colocar un teléfono que tenga whatsapp en el área de notas de su orden.
  2. Una vez que su orden haya sido pagada y empaquetada, procederemos a dejar la mercancía en el punto de recolección, el cual será notificado previamente sobre su orden. La mercancía se dejará a nombre del titular de la orden, junto con un listado detallado de los productos adquiridos.
  3. Posteriormente, por medio de WhatsApp se podrá acordar la fecha y hora de recolección entre el cliente y “La Soberbia Vape Store” enviándonos copia de una identificación oficial.

 

IMPORTANTE: Es imprescindible presentar una identificación oficial al momento de su recolección. La única persona que podrá recoger la mercancía es el cliente original y en caso de no poder recogerla se tendrá que contratar un envío.
